How Assignment Codes Work
Create an assignment code, then write the activity Short URL on the board or share it with students. The Short-URL is found in the upper corner of activity pages on this site that are part of this coded tracking system.
For Quizzes, Games, and Worksheets, students navigate to the activity page using the Short URL and enter the code in the Assignment Code input field before beginning the activity.
Students who have signed in successfully with the tracking code will see a Green Badge message near the top of the page confirming they are connected to your assignment and that their activity will be tracked.
Crossword activities work a little differently. Students complete the crossword puzzle first and then enter the assignment code afterward to receive credit and tracking.
Their progress and results are then automatically tracked, and reports will be available to you in your dashboard. Important Note – For class period reports, be sure to have students enter their class period number.

Reports from Deleted Assignments
These reports remain after an expired assignment has been deleted. Teachers may keep them, archive them, print them, or delete them permanently.
Archived reports are hidden from the main report sections. Restore them to show them again, or delete them permanently when they are no longer needed.
