Generate a Short-Term or Long-Term assignment code for any Rudolph Academy activity that supports the Assignment Code System. Share the activity URL and assignment code with students to track completion and review results in the Teacher Dashboard.

How to Generate and Share an Assignment Code

Step 1: Choose an activity Short URL.
Step 2: Generate an assignment code.
Step 3: Share the Short URL and assignment code with students.
Step 4: Review student results in the Teacher Dashboard.

Note: Students must enter their class period for class period reports.

Generate Short-Term or Long-Term Assignment Code

Short-Term: Expires in 30 days or less.
Long-Term: Expires in 10 months or less.

Add Short URL Activity Slug * – Must be VALID (not made up by you)

Example Short URL: rudolphacademy.com/poetry-cross-3

Enter only the ending (Activity Slug) of the Short URL (everything after rudolphacademy.com/).

In this example, you would enter: poetry-cross-3
